Although planning for this year’s GiveCamp started even before last year’s was over, we’ve been in somewhat of a simmer-mode – until now!

We’re excited to announce that New England GiveCamp 2012 is now accepting applications for projects to be worked on during the event (May 4-6th).

Interested non-profit organizations can apply directly on-line through April 1st.

Projects typically include website creation/updates, custom database work, logo updates, and social media integration, but you know your organization’s needs better than we do, so if there’s some task that can make use of technical and design talent, send it in!  We’ll have a number of volunteers that will chat with you before the event to help nail down what it is you need, scope it appropropriately, and identify the type of volunteer resources we’ll need on site.

For those of you volunteers that are itching to jump on board, hold on just a bit; we’ll be launching the Eventbrite registration site by mid-March.

As always, if you have any questions on the event, e-mail us at and be sure to follow us on Twitter at @NEGiveCamp.
